Had misfire on cyl 1. Then dealer replaced injector and swapped plug and coil into cyl 2 & 3 from 1. Now misfires on obviously cyl 2 &3. So I assume it's both the coil and plug that need replacement??

But codes also give me misfires on multiple cylinders. What u guys think about this??

Let the dealer deal with it, if they swapped it and theres still misfires then they gotta change it.

nah nah.. it's the fuel injector.
I've been having the same problem on my MKV Jetta 2.5L (can't compare apples and oranges but still). Took out the fuel injector, it was full of deposits. Took out the rest, and the same thing. I had to clean them, and replace the bad one. Engine check light, and engine misfiring gone.

If the problem followed the coils, that's more than likely the problem. If the coils and plugs get changed and you still have misfires, the injectors need to be replaced.
