Question Need help - Wanting to add A2DP?

I can't find a solution to add A2DP Bluetooth streaming to my Logic 7 system. I have Sirius and built in bluetooth to pair the phone to the car.

Does anyone know of a solution I can have installed that either integrates into the stock system or at least into the glove box, I'm just not looking for something that plugs into a lighter slot.

Any advice would be appreciated!

thanks for the post, I'm trying to figure this out as well.
I have a 328i, no idrive and no usb connection but I do have bluetooth.
Best I can tell, there is no way for my adroid phone with a2dp to communicate with the bluetooth, except for phone calls and address book.
I've seen a2dp devices that plug into the accessory jack and supposedly communicate with the phone (example there is one made by blackberry).

Perhaps your situation is different, depending on how your car is equipped?

dension bluetooth gateway

Dension makes a Interface that has bluetooth with a2dp and usb and will feed digital data to Head Unit. And also a bunch of varations.
As I understand it a2dp cannot deliver hi quality digital sound to a Head Unit
due to its limited bandwidth/bit rate.

I have the blackberry stereo gateway and it works great. I can guarantee you that you'll never notice the difference using it versus a 192kbps mp3. It plays very high quality audio. Your phone will connect to BMWs phone audio bluetooth connection, and the stereo audio connection at the same time. Works great.

The other option is a combox retrofit, depending on model year it can be an easy upgrade.

I've been looking for them same thing. The closest thing I've found is the Anycom FIPO bluetooth adapter which lets you keep your steering wheel control. The problem is I can't find any for sale expect for ebay knockoffs.
