My car was photographed, but not by Icy-J

Driving down the Eastern Corridor, my car was snapped by the 5-0, instead of Icy-J. I was going 80 in a 70 zone (didn't notice the difference seriously).

I get the info in the mail and instead of a ticket, they ask me to "identify" myself in writing. Is this normal? I'm not from HK so this is new to me...

How much s**t am I in here?

This is normal. Police need to identify the real driver before sending out the ticket demand note.

If you are doing only 10 km over, should only be fine and no deduction in points.
