FBO Meth Kit meaning? (full bolt on)

Not too sure what this could mean, was advised by a member on here to get a FBO meth kit before upgrading to RB Turbo's on my 335i

Can someone shed some light on what this means a a pose to a normal meth kit?

He probably meant FBO + meth kit meaning all bolt ons and then also get a meth kit.

I believe it's FBO, meth. Not all together.

FBO means Downpipes, intercooler, cat back exhaust, intake and tune.

Meth is an addition to bolt ons generally. I noticed your new and having many questions. A lot of them have been answered over the years so be sure to search as its likely already been asked many times before.

Thanks for the reply Jeff for clarifying what FBO means. I wasnt aware that the terminolgy meant the most common mods if you will.

I have used the search function/google quite a bit but sometimes it doesnt clock much up, dont want to clog up the forum with small questions

FBO stands for (Chip, Intake, Catless Downpipes and FMIC) Stock exhaust is okay and IMO still considered full bolt on.

He probably meant get all those mods and then get the meth kit.

As stated

FBO = Downpipes | Upgraded Intercooler | Intake | Tune | Cat Back Exhaust (Optional)

Meth is methanol injection, which lowers Intake temps.
