i dont think so .. they just updated their website learly tody cause i check either last night or 2 days b4 i ordered my 2.0 version of procede. they did not have stage 1 posted on website

Is this 380-400 whp?

I believe Shiv just officially announced it yesterday, but he has mentioned that it was in the works a while back, since he was going to unveil the package at BimmerFest..

I had my vishnu stage 1 exhaust beta since Nov. I guess now its official production version now. I heard that some other vender is working on the turbo back exhaust can give an extra 20 hp more from stock. hey Shiv Can you confirm?
And No it is not 380whp.

Unlikely not. Just don't get caught plus I doubt this exhaust is not loud enough to get you pulled over. If you do get pulled over just say it came like that from the factory. That's what what my dad did on his E46 M3 with Supersprint Race muffler and the cop believed him because he knew the M3 was a sports car

As far as not having the secondary cats and passing smog.. well, you're probably not due for smog till 2011 anyways.

any stage 1 user feedback would be appreciated. anything from exhaust note, hp gains, aesthetic and functional impressions, criticisms, and whether it's worth the money.

I have Vishnu stage 1 on my car. I really like the sound of the exhaust. Some of my friends have criticized that it sounds "ricey" but the majority of people that hear it say it sounds like a european tuner.
