How To Add Angel Eyes?
This is an amateur question I\'m sure but I need help. I just bought a 2006 325i and currently it does not have angel eyes or HIDs. Is there a DIY on how to add angel eyes? If not what do I need to do to add them? I appreciate all the help I can get!

Check vendors on here and just google " E90 depo headlights."
If daytime visibility (of the angel eyes) is important to you, make sure you get the set with upgraded angel eyes. The ones that come with the depos only have 4 leds.....they suck. |

If you really want angel eyes and xenon projectors, you should really buy OEM from BMW, but that can be pricey (1500-1800 for a set).
You want DEPO v2 with LED Angel Eyes which are aftermarket, but not as great as OEM but it does the job. Dont buy those crappy headlights you see for like 100-200 dollars on ebay. Here is some pictures of the depo http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=572052 You can buy them from here http://www.modmy3.com/e90-91-depo-v2...eadlights.html If you do buy Depo make sure you buy version 2 which is the one i just posted above. Depo made an older set of headlights the V1, but they arent as great as the newer version. Last edited by LocDawgg; 10-16-2011 at 01:12 PM.. Reason: type-o |

IMHO, don't get any of the aftermarket headlight solutions. It'll just make your car look cheap.
For anyone who done moderate research into headlights, such as myself, I can tell if they are factory BMW or $250 eBay lights from a block away. You can easily tell by the Angel Eyes and the way they light up. You can also tell from the side reflectors as well. If you want a cheaper solution, get the LCI halogen replacement like I did. They are 100% plug and play. If you want to go all out, then get the factory Xenon complete with cables and stuff. If you know coding, then you won't have problems with errors since you can just code them out. I researched into a lot of aftermarket headlights. They just don't look right in a BMW. They all look like they belong in a Civic. Just my 2 cents. |

get something elegant. don't try and save money on something cheap.
you might save a couple hundred dollars, but it's worth paying the price for the best quality possible |
