[SOLVED] WW Meth Flow issues
SOLVED: Post Here
Hey guys, I have checked all of the obvious items, my filter in the WW Tank was sparkley clean, no gunk whatsoever. My Check Valve seems to be working properly as well, can't blow any air through it. I'm getting 2-3 seconds of meth flow each time I go WOT and then the indicators cut out. Anyone know what else I can check? Last edited by drewmeyer87; 10-20-2011 at 12:18 AM.. |

Injection mode? It's set to 20%, based on the install instructions.

Oh... I should have probably note I modified the Meth Injector DC Table values to 100 on all loads equal to and over 153 to test if that would remedy any of my issues.
Also, the flow adjustement nut on the pump is screwed all the way in for max flow. |

FIXED!
Worked with Shiv to troubleshoot. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. After checking all my fittings, I removed the WW washer line T-Tap and replaced it with a straight fitting. Still had issues. Removed all fitting everywhere and trimmed up my lines with a razor blade to ensure clean cuts. Re-tightened and seated all connections. One thing that may have been a tad loose was the Aquamist In-line filter... make sure its not just hand tightened, grab some pliers and tighten those bad boys good and tight! Logs: |

99% of meth problems stem from leaks. Its best to just run through the entire system when troubleshooting, retighten, add teflon paste, check for clogs, clean up lines ETC. Glad you got it fixed.
