i made my account like a month ago....i still cant receive pm's....it keeps saying i need "5 post under your belt"...i know i made more than 5...what should i do? should i just make another account? i messaged the admin twice already...

That, along with MANY other things, would be Jerrys fault... Your post count does not count in the Tri-State section. Just make a few posts in the general section or pics/vids, for sale etc. And your post count will increase.
