hid kits for e90 pre lci
Hi all
Can anyone recommend a decent hids kit to replace the halogen headlamps on my 2006 e91 pre lci 3 series touring. To be honest I'm a bit bamboozled with the amount of different kits out there and the fact that I can get canbus errors etc. Really want to get something with a really white light either 4300 or 6000k any advice would be appreciated. |

4300k is the color you're going to want to aim for if you want white (what OEM uses), 6000k will be blue-ish white.
You're probably going to want to update your headlight housings too as throwing a HID kit in the standard halogen setup will throw light all over the place and have a horrible beam pattern. Right now, I'm trying to decide between the fishcake setup sold on eBay or the umnitzas with the FX-R retrofit.

The only UK kits that I'm aware of that don't give errors are the ones specifically made for our BMWs, ie http://www.hids4u.co.uk/h7-35w-ultim...rsion-kit.html
