Alloys - loose rivets

I think i accidently posted this elsewhere but here goes...

Whilst polishing the LM Reps that I bought from BM Autosport earlier on in the year, I noticed that one of the rivets/bolts was coming loose...

Any advice on what to do i.e. how to tighten - do i need a special tool??

thanks and apologies if i am asking something that would seem like a no-brainer to someone else
