I have a Valentine One radar detector that I don't really need ...sitting around since I bought a 335xi. I'm curious if anyone would be interested...anyone in the Maryland area. I'd prefer a local sale to avoid hassle of shipping - but I can always ship, not a problem.

The V1 is in original condition...sure it was used, but these sorts of things see no abuse. I still have the original box, etc.

What...they are ~$400 new, i'm thinking that $300 would be reasonable.

Anyone interested?

I will post pictures soon, i'm not in any rush to sell this...but if someone is serious about purchasing it, I can certainly get it out to ya.

Forgive me if i don't upload more pics, i'm on a verizon wireless card and well...takes long enough to upload one. If this one isn't enough, then I will upload another.

Edit: As you can see from the pic most items that came with the V1 are still in their package...heh, I just used the standard power adapter...didn't bother with the special install, but its all there if thats what you want. Extra suction cups are in the small plastic bag left of the V1 - hard to see that with the glare.

dude 300 is pretty much a steal as they are never lower then 400....bump for a great price...

I won't need it, i don't drive like i used to...been 5+ years since i've gotten a ticket and not b/c i used the v1.

I suppose if there is interest in this item I will be accepting the first offer of $300 that comes along. Of course I wouldn't mind more...but i'm ok with what it is.

Post your offer on the thread here so we have a clear understanding of first come first serve sort of thing. I'll keep the offer open till it sells.

I don't really want to turn this into a bidding war...just whoever wants the V1 at $300 and responds with the serious offer first..gets it.

I prefer paypal, cash or cashiers check - I would ship the V1 upon receipt of payment. I'll eat the shipping, won't be much I don't think. I'll need a name, physical address and phone number or email address to update you on status of the order. Might even get a tracking number if I can.

That info can be PM'd to me when we see who gets first dibs on the V1. Hopefully that will be a fair way to handle this. By the way I do appreciate the bumps.

I hope I don't miss it...but I haven't really used it for a few weeks now, so...its ok. It did save me a few times on road trips in the M3. The new owner will enjoy it i'm sure.

You need one for each car, V1's rock nothing comes close.
I just wish someone would integrate it into one of the displays and the dynamic cruise control so it could brake the car down to 65 mph lol.
