Hello Guys, Anyone do a DIY for removal of condensation within the headlight? I have had problems with 1 of my headlights condensing after hand washing and rainy weather

Open the top headlight cap, use hairdryer to heat up the headlight from the front. This should do it. Btw did u install ur own umnitza? If so the reseal of headlight is not firm. My set last more than a year with heavy rain, handwash machine wash and touchless wash, and still running good. U need take care the leak immediately, my friend's car got water leak inside the headlight and has to get new ballast and bulb.

Just open up one of the covers and use a vacuum to suck all the air out. That will also suck out the moisture. If you heat it, the air and moisture will rise but it may get trapped somewhere.
Why is it leaking to begin with? |

i would go full retard, remove the bumper cover, theres a diy on here. not as hard as it sounds.
then remove the headlight from its bracket. bring it inside the house ac, take off covers, let the humidity dry out, check the seals on the covers. use some silicone if you suspect a bad seal somewhere. close back up. reassemble. |

I need to switch out my angle optics. They got melted on the inside. I have a set on an old headlight and I need to move them over to my new euro headlight. I have pryed on the tabs of the old headlight and it doesn't seem to be working good.
