oh jesus, I really don't tell very many people to search b/c it can be annoying. But there have been multiple threads about this lately, just do a little research then come back and make a thread when you have legitimate questions about units that are available.

I can't recommend which one is best (I've only tested the Torsens) but here is a list of options:

Clutch - OS Geiken, Drexler, and OEM M3 (not direct bolt on)
Torsen - Quiafe and Wavetrac

Get with Harold@HP Autowerks to see if your current differential is welded or bolt-on and he can make a recommendation for you. Here's a decent read on the different types of differentials. http://www.houseofthud.com/differentials.htm I'm very happy with my Quaife which I bought though HP Auto.
