Philips 6700k?

I purchased a set of philips 6700k from:

Has anyone ordered from this place before? I paid about 220 for this set of bulbs and when I got them they aren't even philips? Ive seen many members purchase bulbs from here so it seemed legit to me.

Can anyone confirm if these are the same quality as philips?
