You can replace the cover, so surely it is removable??

Does the cover come off to replace the bulb? I thought they were sealed units with a 90 degree twist action bulb holder?

I had this and took it back to BMW under the 3 year warranty they replaced them FOC

Oh crap, I guess I could have done that... I'm also getting peeling lacquer around my centre caps which I realise could have been looked at by them

Just a thought, I've found how to remove them, is there a small gap where I could squirt steam or soak them in something to remove this? Or is it pretty much sealed in?
