Check my numbers for ED....Pls

I'm heading in tomorrow to make a deal on an E92 335 for ED.
Can someone check/verify my ED prices? I've searched the board and came up with these (as the lastest figures), but I want to make sure I have these right, so I'm not a clown at the dealer. Here is what I got:

E92 335i
ED MSRP: $37,760
ED Invoice: $34,740
Destination: $775
Premium Invoice: $2230
Sport Invoice: $910

I have the invoice prices on the other options, but those above are the big ones.
Please let me know if I got this right, as I've read a lot of changes recently.
