My first requirement would be something 100% natural.
My choice:

If you actually do a serious workout when you're at the gym, the only thing you should be taking is Animal Pak. End of story.

I just finished a tub of Paks not too long ago. They were pretty good, but I wanted to try something new this time around so I bought a tub of Gasparari Anavite. Not sure how effective they'll be or if I'll even notice a difference. I'll let you know.

Lots of different advice in here. I doubt you'll get any answer based on any fact.
IMO, if you want a real answer, you need to look at a few things. Look at your diet and look at important nutrients you are missing. Look for a vitamin that fills those voids. Also look at the workouts you are doing and the intensity. You may need to supplement more if you are very intense. Takes a bit of research, but I don't think there is a magical answer out there.

Orange Triad is excellent for joint support if you hit the weights hard and heavy. Over-priced / Over-rated - marketing hype

Multivitamin
I have a masters in both fitness and nutrition, as well as being 1 of 2 certifird master trains in Florida.
If you are working out heavy, I suggest Gaspari Anavite or Animal Pak. They are both the best available. Check online prices, they are reasonable. Eat, slepp and train hard.. |

Would suggest you look into Usana. I take their multivitamin which actually is two different types, "chelated mineral" and "mega antioxidant" which together are called their "essentials", gets a little pricey but other then Shaklee products have not felt near its equivalent.
