Fuel pump issue. Not sure if low or high pressure if it's a pump issue at all.

Started happening right after I installed PWM meth kit (and had to update Procede's firmware and maps).

Situation:

Car's been sitting all night. I unlock the car and hear low-pressure pump running for few seconds priming the fuel system. I start the car and it starts instantly, 1-2 cranks.

Now if I don't start the car for few minutes and try to start it never starts. I can crank, crank and keep on cranking it and it won't ever start. If I turn ignition off completely off and then back on it starts up right away

What I've done: reflashed Procede, reuploaded maps. I have not tried to remove Procede completely yet, will do so tonight.
When installing PWM kit one of the steps is to switch Procede's power from ECU to positive battery terminal through the relay. Could it be that the car goes to sleep after few minutes of sitting unlocked, relay cuts the power and then when I try to start it the Procede doesn't have power?
Just wanted to hear some opinions?
There are no codes, and car runs great and boosts 16.5 pounds just fine.

PS - this is not a Procede/Vishnu bashing thread, I have a lot of respect for them and in fact just ordered V3 upgrade

Saw the same problem on an E46 M3, but of course it only has a single fuel pump. It was a bad "relay", which on that car is a small relay shaped module. Maybe check the WDS to see how the in tank pump is actuated.

Well Procede is not an issue at all, car kept doing that even without the tune.
More than that, I took it to a dealer and they replaced the HPF. Funny thing is that the car keeps doing that
I'm 99% sure it's the low-pressure fuel pump. Since the recall is only about HPF I'm gonna see how much they are and maybe I'll swap it out myself.

P/N 16147163298 should be all I need, right?

If anyone still follows this.
Car is impossible to start now if you don't let the low pressure pump prime the system. Pump is on its way here now.
