iPhone 4s? Need to buy a few within the next week

Hey guys,
My father wants to buy a few (2-4) new iPhones (4S) to take over to his family overseas. Does anyone know where I can just buy some, hopefully at an ok price, without contracts?
I need them very soon so any help would be appreciated

Sounds like you need not only off-contract but also carrier-unlocked. Those aren't the same thing, as you can buy a phone from a carrier without agreeing to a contract, but that phone will still only ever work on that particular carrier, at least until someone comes up with an unlock hack.

The only way to get off-contract, OFFICIALLY carrier-unlocked iPhone 4Ses is direct from Apple. Those versions will only work on GSM carriers, not CDMA, and they will cost $649/749/849 for 16/32/64GB models; that's the price of not getting carrier subsidies in exchange for contract commitments. They're available in the Apple Store now and will start shipping sometime this month.
