Just purchased these from here. The worked perfectly and only took a few minutes to install. I decided that I want to spend my money on something else.

I am blatantly stealing his description and photos (I hope you don't mind MuchMoore - if so, let me know and I will edit this post).

"These are completely plug and play for cars with paddles/steptronic. The paddles themselves are machined aluminum and have a much better look, as well as feel/action to them. There are pictures below to show the fitment with the sports wheel, they DO indeed securely bolt right up.
