Wheel fitment question (20")

I've been thinking about getting a set of wheels for the car and had a quick question about a set I am considering. Will 20x9 with an offset of 35, and 20x10.5 with an offset of 40 fit on an E92?

Also, what sire tires am I looking at without rubbing and without the rediculous stretched tire look? I could live with a little stretch, but not too much. I'm not against a fender roll if needed, but would like to avoid it.

Any help is appreciated.

the set up looks good, and you are more likely runing the same tires as if you had 20x8.5 and 20x10 do 245/30/20 fronts and 285/25/20 rears
e92 M3 can do 255/30/20 and 315/25/20.
if theirs any rub it will be very minimal that a simple fender roll can avoid.
good luck and dont forget to post pictures.

Awesome. Thanks for the help. Although it may be a while, if I end up pulling the trigger I'll be sure to post some pictures.
