Scernios in jersey City

Anybody know anything about these guys, i crashed my car back in august, they priced they damage at 12 g's, i got the car back 2 1/2 months later and it seems like they just stopped working on the car after awhile..im not one to complain but 12 grand is alot in damages and things arent functioning correctly now inside the car which i find to be bullshit.... any advice or connections anyone might have would be greatly appreciated.
