Bay Area Lease Deal

I know I'm getting ripped a new one with this. He only gave me $1300 off MSRP. My friend knows the CA so he's going to try to bring it down for me.

328i Coupe Alpine White w/ Coral Red
Initial Cap: $42,000
Adj Cap: $42,825
Res: 58% @ $25,288
Cash Down: $1,047.86
Payment: $619.96
MF: 0.00195
3 yrs @ 15k miles

Options:
Sports package, comfort access, navi, steptronic and logic7.

Any suggestions on what I should bring down? I'm thinking the cap cost down to $40k. Anyone in the Bay Area that can get me a better deal?

I also asked about the aero front lip and was told I couldn't buy it separately. I had to get the full kit with the rear bumper. Is this true?

No no. There is absolutely no way I would jump on this.

Just wanted to get an idea of what this deal is compared to other Bay Area deals. Although, this isn't even a deal.

What should my figures be to make it a deal worth jumping on?

I think you and noktekniq need to get together and do a group buy.

You're both looking for AW 28s.
