i dont get it

why is it that i have my production numbers already but it never seems to go through. when i enter my production number in the oc.bmwusa.com, it tells me that there is nothing registered in the system. i called my SA twice and he assures me that i have the right number but it takes a couple of days for the order to show up. it's been a week and it still doesn't show anything. can someone help me out with this?

When i first got my production number, i waited like 2..3 days till i could enter the OC. If your really worried, call the 800#. They can confirm everything.

800# is 18008311117

Talk to the customer relations rep at that 800 number. They might be give you an estimated production week.

The automated thing is never updated that much it seems.
