I did research on this for my e90. The et27 in the rear is pushing it so I decided against it. Also, I've read bad things about spacers being used in the front. I just went with the Velocity Motoring with et 40 in the front and et30 in the rear.

You should be fine with et40 in front and et30 in back. **********s.com is selling the CSL reps in 18s and 19s sizes. I bought a set from them with above offsets, and 235/35/19 front and 265/30/19 rear tire setup for my E90 335i. The M3 Comp et22 rear is a little too aggressive for our cars, and will most likely rub in back.
