I just received an email reply from a US Distributor of BMW parts. I asked about availability of M parts for an E92. The reply:

"The kit with the entire front bumper isn’t available in the US yet. But it should be eventually. The Euro version of the parts program shows the bumper cover and all its parts, as well as a complete retrofit kit. But none of the part numbers are valid in the US parts system yet. When they are available here we will probably put together a kit with all the needed components to do the conversion. The rear components of the add-on kit are available by special order from our sales agents by phone. Its 2 pieces, the main rear bumper cover is part number 51 12 0 415 359 (or 51 12 0 414 374 for cars with PDC) for $675 or $695 for cars with PDC. The rear apron insert is 51 12 0 414 375 and they are $275."

That is all the information I have, so If you post asking me for more, I wont be able to help you out. I thought having the part numbers might help for those of you trying to get this.
