Weird sound.. what could this be??

I started to hear a weird sound last night and today. It sounds like something is like loose when I hit bumps it sounds like a piece of something is just laying there.

Where is it?: the vents right on top of the dashboard. I think the noise is comig from there but not sure. Somewhere inside between there and the whole middle part of the dashboard.

What can it be?

Has anyone experience this?
