Meth spraying on Procede map 2?

Not sure if I'm ever going to figure out exactly how to get this car back to normal and running strong. Last night I went to swap out plugs just to be safe and ended up breaking one of my coil packs.

Got that fixed today. Seems to be running OK, not great. Go for a run on map 1 (7-29 maps), boost set at 11.5 psi. Car builds boost to 11.5 pounds and feels reasonable. I put it on map 4 for a second, but didn't even do one pull because I thought I should check out map 2 first to see how it feels. So I put it back on map 2, definitely verified on the dashboard, and did a pull. Meth indicator lights come on and it definitely felt like meth was spraying?? Meth should not spray on map 2 correct? Something really weird is happening with my car and I'm not exactly sure where to begin. Is there something I should be logging to see what's going on?

Also, I pulled the dustpan off last night looking for the crankshaft position sensor and this o-ring was laying in the bottom. Appears to be about 1 1/4" in diameter or so - any idea what this might have come off of???

Map 2 is the meth map when map 4 reads positive meth flow.

It sprays in map 2. Map 1 it won't spray.

The rubber o ring is unknown to me.

Map 2 really shouldn't be used at all with the PWM kit. Map 2 is all your setings for the meth map, but the failsafe is NOT active. Map 4 is really just a "virtual" map that runs map 1 settings til meth flow is > the injection mode user seting, then it swaps to map 2 settings and back to map 1 when flow < injection mode.

if your map 2 settings are conservative, then it really won't hurt anything. Map 4 is really the way to go though

The only o-ring I've seen even close to that is for the VANOS solenoids. Have you changed those recently?

Wow. OK, I need to go back and re-read the Procede manual! Luckily my map 2 settings are very conservative other than ignition advance.

I have not messed with the VANOS solenoids at all. Looking at pictures it does look similar.

I am starting to get some fairly long cranks on startup recently too. I wonder if I have a bad injector or a bad HPFP again.
