Bent Rim
I was driving late last night, went to make a right turn and found myslef hitting a pot hole. Woke up this morning, and found that the rim had been bent.
My question is, if a bent rim be fixed? |

i just got 2 wheels done at quicksilver, fantastic job done, even if their "shop" is a little weird. only place i know in jersey that does it right, rim comes off, they manually pound the rim straight and true (with a circular jig and a measuring device, not a hammer and by eye sight), fix the bend, then do it again. no heat treatment, no bullshit. again, highly recommended imho. little costly at $120/wheel (and cash only), but still the best work ive seen.

Yes you can fix a bent wheel
Just gotta take it somewhere or possibly call a dealer and see of they have a mobile wheel repair guy. |
