Procede Rev 3 Upgrade and Reset, Car won't start

Car won't start after doing the rev2b to rev3 update. All I did was plug in the new rev3 using the existing harness. The car started fine, moved it in and out of my garage a few times. Before my drive today I went to reset the procede and my ecu so it could readapt and the car wouldn't start after that. A whole bunch of dsc and other error msgs came up. The car won't turn over. I thought it was the battery, read 11.6 V on my multimeter and tried to jump start her anyways - no luck.

any help would be great, going to remove procede and double check all the wiring now

Disconnect the battery, let it sit reconnect and reset everything from the command interface. Once finished, start the car. If everything is ok at that point then drive it and do a few pulls to allow the PROcede to adapt. If you are still having issues, send Shiv a PM.
