Borla intercooled exhaust tips

Intercooled? So the exiting air is cooled further just so it can exit to the atmosphere...

haha i think it is to prtoect the outer exhaust wall and valence from overheating on performance cars being pushed to the limit.

Sounds like a little bit of the ricer bs rearing its ugly head.

I see a lot of over improved exhaust tips, intake housings....you know. Sounds like fancy advertising rather than reality and function.

They remind me of Borla's old styled exhaust tips. I thought the "intercooling" part was to reduce global warming.

It makes the exhaust denser, so it settles to the ground and doesn't bother people...
