Get the sticker overlays in the colors you want maybe?

I'd disagree with that. The ones on my caps have lasted quite some time, but for my steering wheel, my front roundel, and my back roundel, I've had to replace them all 4 different times now.

The sticker overlays are a great addition to modding... Just do it right and don't bash the product... |

Don't bash the individual without thinking about other factors...maybe you don't wash your car? Maybe you'd think that humidity, especially where YOU are, would play a role in the adhesive? Maybe heat plays a role? And for the love of god, they're $20...give me a break with your self-righteous attitude.

He wasn't trying to help, he was being self-righteous. Treating someone like they're a child and don't understand the basics of vinyl application (especially in my case, where I've done several mods on my car) without at least presenting what he said as a question, instead of an ipso facto statement of idiocy, it was an absolute sign of disrespect.

What's wrong with the existing Bavarian flag that is on there now? Or are you German?
The vinyl stickers are pretty damn strong I must admit, I have had CF ones on another bimmer for around 7 years now, including winters, pressure washers, etc. etc... they're still going strong. My front/back roundels I got actual CF-look ones (no overlays). Also not sure how you plan on doing red, yellow, and black on the roundel? I've seen the german stripe ///M badges, but that's because there are 3 stripes. Last edited by ZZZZ; 12-07-2011 at 09:10 PM.. |
