BMW PPK in Boston area

Hey everyone,

Just a quick question. I have a 2011 335ixdrive and I am interested in getting the BMW performance power kit installed somewhere around the Boston area. I am just curious if any of you have gotten it installed? If so, where, how much, how was the service etc?

Thanks in advance!

I had it installed at BMW Peabody. They are very pleasant to deal with. Herb Chambers was not interested (wouldn't give me CCA discount as advertised, didn't return calls etc...) I got a good deal on software/parts with BMWCCA discount, but paid a lot for install. Considering it's a reflash I think the labor cost is excessive. I can't remeber exact numbers, but I think the total was about $730, with maybe $350 of that being labor? Sorry, don't remember exact numbers, but if I can remember I will pull the invoice at home and update with exact figures.

I'd like to know what you are quoated and/or end up paying.

BTW, if you search you can see my detailed reviews. I'm happy with it (and like the security of the warranty), but it won't blow you away. Terrible horsepower to dollar ratio. Great horsepower to anxiety level ratio.

Thanks so much for the response! I am trying to get BMW gallery of Norwood to do it for me, but they keep pushing me to wait for the Dinan to come out. I am of the same mindset of you and still have 3+ years of warranty left.
