Garage List
I have the aerolip on my 09' 328ix - basically, it fits like a glove over the bottom portion of your factory bumper. Difference is, the left/right sides kinda stick straight out instead of swooping up as the factory bumper does in this area.

As far as all along the underneath, it is only 1/8' lower, but the left/right tips offer less ground clearance since the stick straight out vs. swoop up (kind hard to explain).

I did notice that I have to pay more attention when pulling straight up to curbs while parking (stay further away) as the left/right tips will scrape in some situations, whereas the factory bumper would not have - not a big deal, just have to be more careful.

On my xi with the aerolip, the ground clearance is between 6-1/2" & 7" depending on where measured - now the front of an xi is higher than a normal 2wd car and even higher than one with Sport Suspension. So if you don't have an AWD car, my dimensions are comparing apples to oranges I guess...

it's actually not that much lower.. the problem is that it is easily damaged if you go over a parking curb because of the scooping shape. 2 years and extreme carefulness, my aero lip is still undamaged.
