I rolled with gloss black grills and chrome trim. Actually went well. I also had matte black rims on, tinted tails, and window tint. But I decided to finally matte black the trim and it made it a alot better.

I just sprayed my lower mesh grill. I first sanded it down with 1000 grit, primed it then painted it matte black. They look so much better and they haven't chipped or peeled and it's been about 4 months now.

do it. I have glossy grilles and left the window trim chrome so that my car is not murdered out. I find it to be too black and have no lines on the car that is why i left my window trim alone
