2) Most likely the OC3 occupancy sensor is faulty in the passenger seat. Or the seats were unplugged with the battery still connected....just needs a reset. 3) Might be because it's lowered. 4) Just grab a cover at a junk yard 5) It does look lower in the back. What's the history of this car? Was it just repo'd? Or was it totaled? Btw, a quick google search will pull up the description for the P codes you listed. I would have someone with a proper scan tool pull the codes from you whole car. Those P codes are just from the DME. You need a BMW specific scan tool to pull codes from the rest of the modules in your car. Also whoever told you the misfire will go away after repalcing or registering the battery is feeding you typical BMW dealership BS. A faulty battery will damage the coils. They may work after repalcing the battery but the coils will fail shortly after. Again google the code, see which coil pack is misfiring. Or even if it's a faulty coil pack at all. There will a fault code for a faulty coil pack (which will be one of the P codes). Last edited by fdriller9; 12-17-2011 at 04:29 PM.. |
