335d M suspension on 320d
Hi, so my "adventure" is the following. I have an e92 20d with standard suspension, no sun roof, no idrive, and 4 cilinders. A friend of mine has an e92 35d that came with all the options I mentioned mine didn't have but he now has KW clubsport so his stocks are available for me to put on my car. Will the different specs on the cars have a big influence on the spring rates?
In the aftermarket world I guess there isn't because KW V2 for his car or mine have the same part number, and there are no requests for what equipment the car has. The same goes for lowering springs, because they don't ask if you have this option or that on your car wich can only mean that it is irrelevant. All I want to know is if it is ok for me to put the M suspension on my car without doing shit, or the car not being good to drive. Really need your help guys! Thanks!!! |

It is probably ok, but the front will sit high because of the higher spring rate and the fixed height.
