Lowering spring suggestions pls

anyhow, couple options....

coilovers- better ride quality, adjustable height, matched rates, but more expensive than springs.

springs- not adjustable...you get what you get, cheap to buy, will need to match shocks/struts to spring.

I went with HR sport springs, another popular spring is the Eibach. The HR race springs are very low, so stay away unless that's your thing and you don't mind the reduced ride quality. If you have worked on cars before, you can probably install them yourself in an evening.
