e90 extended warranty

I have a 325xi 2006 with under a year of extended warranty left on it, I would like to know if there's anyway I can make them change my suspensions or anything else while its still under warranty. my suspensions are still good but can I fake them as bad?

I know this sounds like a douchebag plan but its worth the try lol

I doubt it man, for something like suspension you really have to prove that it's bad. Haven't head of anyone having reported that. Just my 2 cents though.
