Full-Race Twin Scroll Turbo Kit in Development
hey guys,
Full-race is probably the best turbo manifold builder in the industry. anyone with previous experience in honda/acura/mitsubishi/subaru platforms knows the fine work they do. just saw this quote in the cobb thread, thought i'd share it for those who missed it: Quote:
a few pics of the badass manifolds they deliver: let's see some more info, full-race! |

I've been exchanging a few emails with Geoff from Full-Race over the past few weeks. I was very excited when he mentioned he had already been drumming somethinf up for the N54 platform, and i cant wait to see what they have in store. For those that don't know, Full-Race is NOT in the engine management business, rather, the hardware business. What you can expect is a top-notch turbo kit, utilizing another vendor as the tuning medium ie, Cobb ATR or something similar. With that said, I'll leave the rest up to Full-Race to divulge when they are ready to release details... Honestly cannot wait!!!

This looks promising. I hope they construct the mani in some durable material such as Inconel super-alloy. Of course with the larger mani diameters comes the need of better head breathing. Looking forward to the head porting and polishing discussions. I'm liking this manifold and turbo setup.

In fact; I think there is 5... lol
HPF, Vishnu, Full Race, Skydive's kit and I think someone mentioned Aviva Hell; if it doesn't work this time; it'll never work.

At the moment NONE are to buy...
No one has had an engine started with a kit installed; no has anything tuning done, no one has anything other than simple installation progress. I'll believe it when they are all done and making mounds of power and putting down 10's in the 1/4 until then it's just wishful thinking.

Again: hardware is not the problem. Tuning is. I choose to remain unimpressed until I see an N54 with single turbo ACTUALLY on the road....
