UPDATE: GOT IT TO WORK!,

Everything is working now as it should without confusions.

Can someone tell me what am i doing wrong, i followed the DIY and i got to the step where you create you're Backup. Created a copy and all is well.
But...
Then i wanted to see if i can get the dig speed to show up so i followed the DIY again and i opened the fsw psw.trc file with notepad on the steps that he says to do so, and saved it as fsw psw.man now when i open it again and search for BC_DIGITAL_V, does not show up. On the BACKUP it shows up but its already set as AKTIV.
Seems that when i got to the step for the speedo the fsw psw changed and now i'm missing some of the functions...


On the backUp FSW PSW. TRC such as SIDEMARKER_US and some other popular options here that people did are already set to AKTIV.

I've reinstalled NCSEXPER a few times and everytime i got the same results.
I'm Totally lost...

Must be a simple step or something that i'm missing but i have no idea...

Oh and BTW when i open NCSEXPER>>Load Profil>> I see 2 FSW PSW MAN's and 2 Expertmode's... tried with both but to no avail...

CAR 2007 E90 335xi Built 3/07.
Was working with the car On.

I think i did a mistake because on the DIY it says select CAS and not KOMBI, i'm going to try and select KOMBI and go from there, but my question is why did the FSW PSW.TRC change from 220kb to 8kb when i was working with the MAN File.

I was going to say the same thing about selecting KOMBI. I came across that issue myself and got confused for a moment but then realized that the DIY was slightly incorrect.

The 220kb .TRC file should have been generated when you did the full "backup" of the car. The files you read normally are much smaller as they are not a complete dump of everything in the car.

The big trc file is the full backup of all modules. Every time you read one single module the file is much smaller. The DIY is slightly incorrect: the BC_DIGITAL_V is in KOMBI.

I've got it working and Coded...Corner Delete Mod, Windows up with FOB for now, No Errors. Will do some more tommorrow.

I know you got it working but I skimmed throguh this thread and the post you linked too and didn't see anything mentioning that the DIY guide is wrong when it says to select CAS the second time.

The BC Digital is in Kombi not CAS.

thats whats wrong, insttead of saying select kombi it says select Cas, DIY is good and very helpful and thankful to the guy that did it, it just slightly threw me off, thats all.
