yep, that is true, it was in the Ming Pao a month ago...the guys specifically targets MB and BMW

and he doesn't just key cars, but writes and draw things on it

That is very unfortunate. RCMP really needs to prioritize what needs to be done. Instead of pulling people over for tinted windows or no front plates maybe they should focus on things that directly affect the community.

Example: Canucks vs. Stars gm 7, canucks win = celebration downtown. See cars being pulled over for tinted windows when the cops are suppose to be there controlling the crowd.

+1...they should have focus more on issues like this that makes the community danger...and not just trying to pulling people over for stupid things like tints or give out tickets...
they should know whats more important!

the reason that cops rather give tickets for speeding, no front plate, front tint rather than stop criminals keying cars is because it take much less time and effort for them to give out tickets for the small things to rack up and meet their "quota" for the month and think about it, they want to get off work on time so do you think they will take the extra time to find out and investigate who vandalize cars (in a Chinese mall) or give tickets for small things then go home to watch tv, eat donuts, drink coffee, drink beer, etc??
