DSC error, help needed
So I got my steering column module replaced by a reputable indie shop and after the install the mechanic is saying the DSC light came on. Anybody know if I need to get the DSC module recoded? The mechanic said he would need to call someone over from BMW to do it and it would cost $150.
What should I do? Is there anyway during the fix the mechanic fudged up my DSC system? Would a simple steering angle reset work?

Steering angle is needed for the DSC to work properly so yes he could have messed something up. It seems like he doesn't have the right scanner for BMWs which is weird since he works on them.
