VMR 710 squared 18s with 245s up front?

I looked through this forum for a long time and got as much information as I can. I am looking at getting the VMR 710s squared with 8.5 all around. I was going to go with 235 tires, but there are none available that are RFT. I think the 225s will look too stretched on an 8.5 inch rim. So would I be able to go 245/40/18 all around? I don't see an issue in the back, but will the front rub at all? The new Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS Pole Position RFT look pretty nice.

I have a 2011 328 xi sedan. Simultaneously I am going to install H&R sport springs and bilstein sport shocks/struts.

I don't know how it will look, but I am prepared to get a small spacer for the front and a bigger one (like 12mm) for the back if necessary.

My car is black sapphire and I am looking at the VMR 710s in gunmetal!

Thanks for the help. Just kind of bouncing this idea off some experts before I dive in and looking for recommendations.

Those tire specs aren't recommended but I think they could work possibly. Those Bridgestones run kind of narrow, so they may not rub on stock suspension. If you're lowering the car the chances of you encountering rubbing issues may be a bit higher than normal though.
