So does anyone know where can one buy bad engine blocks?

I want to bay a bare S65 block for a project of mine. Can be in any condition, just in one piece.
Junk yards?

Now that I think of it I want the crank with flywheel as well.

jerseys gotta bunch of spots from paramus down to elizabeth including newark, east orange, jersey city, bayonne, harrison etc...if you take a few hours to check out some online and get a bunch of addresses, head out one day and u can hit a bunch in a few hours, i think i stopped at 8 junkyards in a matter of an hour, with no specific locations, just driving.

Your in the BX, just jump over the Triboro (RFKennedy) Bridge to CitiField. Willets Point Blvd is flooded with junkyards.

Got everything arranged!

At first I thought to get S54 (I6), then S56 (V8) but too hard to find, so a V8 out of E60 545i. Was almost ready to get it but then said "fuck it" and now I'm buying a V12 out of 1988 750iL

Should be ready in 3-6 months. A friend of mine is doing all the work and he's in Bumblefuck, Delaware.

There are V10 motors around, i know of a few personally but they are all intact and running fine.

Back in the day BMW used to let us scrap the junk motors if they were bad enough, but since 2008 they have reversed that and require everything back for warranty
