Good deed, gone bad
So, i've been out on my mountain bike for a few hours, i'm knackered, but we pop into Sainsbury's for some food on the way home.
Walking across the car park i see a trolley (taken by the wind) FLYING towards an old shape M5. I'm talking seriously quickly here, it would've smashed his tail-light at the very least. Nobody does anything, even though there were a lot of people closer than me. I remember looking at how tidy the M5 was for a split second and then deciding to run. I got it! Stopped it. Then it came to stopping myself, and I fell flat on my arse on the tarmac because of my gay cycling shoes. I must have been horizontal in the air for a few seconds with how hard i landed. I've had a shitty bad back all day now. And the owner of said M5 will never know.... That is all. As you were...

The M5 owner may never know, but that's not really the point! You've done a good deed, selflessly, without wanting recognition or reward. That's the mark of a proper good deed. There, that should help soothe the pain of your bad back

Thanks guys. I don't know how my mate kept a straight face. I melted laughing the week previous when he came off his bike.
Back's a little better this morning too.
