Which CT dealers you recommend or avoid?
I'm relocating to Connecticut, any positive or negative experiences with the dealers there?
Which ones do you recommend? Any names on the salesperson you liked? Got any deals off MSRP on the E92 335i? Thanks. |

BMW North Haven is nice, but some of their workers are thieves.
I would highly recommend BMW in Bridgeport. Came in at about $2500 less on anything you buy, and will throw in 2 full sets of mats, chrome tips, etc. They also didn't charge me for the metallic paint. They were really nice. I'd only deal with 1 person at north haven, but I forgot his name. He's real cool and always wears a suit. |

no, I test drove a 335xi with some douchebag with a polo and khakis.
When it got down to price, I walked out; he had no intention of selling me a car. I got a fully loaded 328xi at the same MSRP as the 335xi that I spec-ed out there for $1000 down less, and $100 less per month in Bridgeport - which sealed the deal |

i've had nothing but problems at north haven. ever time i go here i come out with 2 new problems - scratches, dented interior. One time they ran my car through the car wash when i asked not to and the clear coat was scatched from rocks - the clear coat literally was scratched off

I went to BMW of Bridgeport and had a good experience as well. Dealt with Lance, he is very laid back and straight forward. He gave me 1900 off MSRP on fully loaded 335 sedan.

I went to BMW of Bridgeport to check engine service soon light as I got there I was told I have to speak with advisor to write RO I told him all I want is the "code" and that I will not be fixing my car today or there ,after they checked my car he said I need you to come inside to sing paper ,I said what paper ,when I came inside he pulled me to the service manager office and they almost jump me I was treated like criminal and I could not understand why , so I finally ask is this about money? and they said YES , so I said I though you guys will get paid 1/2 hour for diagnostic work ,manager said no ,I was very mad ,I was lied to by service advisor just to bring mer inside the place ,and instead being up front about money they try lei and dance around it, I hate that, just be up front and say "we don't get paid for that you will have to pay for diagnostic fee" . Don't treat me like criminal or some scum. I wont go back to BMW of Bridgeport ever again
I'm sorry for my spelling etc |

Darien
I was very happy with the buying experience in Darien and the service department as well. Service/responsiveness is excellent, no high pressure..they have treated me quite well

+1 on Darien.
I was impressed since I did everything over the phone. The first time I met my CA was when I went to pick up the car. I didn't even need to put a deposit on the car (the car was in stock).

Bought my X3 from Bridgeport. Only issue I had with them was when I asked them not to install the front plate bracket and they did. I would avoid Ridgefield BMW as far as service goes, technicians there couldn't give two shits.

I hate, I mean HATE the Bridgeport dealership. Avoid them. Always had horrible experiences with them, and how careless they were with my car every time I brought it in for service. My car would leave with more problems than when it went in. Darien on the other hand has been top notch from experience. I'll for sure be order my 335 from them come spring

We picked up the 08 328XI coupe last month from North Haven. The service advisers are only ok, but it doesn't feel like a BMW dealer ship when you arrived and doing your serivce.
I usually have my SLK done at the New Country. They are ok, but a lot of my friends who have problems with MB new country. |
