Did anyone else buy from Life Quality in BK?
Biggest mistake I ever made. My sales guy was such a piece of shit I could'nt even beleive that he was employed in a job that requires him to deal with other people face to face. STAY AWAY FROM LIFE QUALITY! ESPECIALLY VINCE SENA IN THE BAY RIDGE LOCATION. The service department cant tell their ass from their elbow. More on that in another post....

What happened to you? Can you provide details?
I leased my 330 from them last year. The dealer guy was good, and the service people in Bay Ridge treat you well if you lease/buy from them. |

wow! and the truth of the matter is - I totally believe that it happens in that place. Even though they treated me ok the last time I was there for inspection 1, I had mixed experiences with my previous E46 that I serviced there.
But where else can we go in Brooklyn for service? Is the Canarsie location any better? |

I have seen worse by far - DeFeo BMW in NJ. I had a misfortune of getting a used E46 from them. After that experience, LQ is not so bad, just have to be patient with them and know who to deal with there.
My dealer guy at LQ was Andy Tse btw. |

I bought mine there. The sales person was good it was Andy Tse... The service on the other hand is something else. They take forever and forget half the shit you tell them to check.

My E46 was from life quality-- ok sales, horrible service experience. i had to get a friend that works at bmw NA to authorize an oilservice that should have been covered without a problem, and they even gave him an attitude.
I've had great experiences with the service dept at Manhattan BMW. no loaners, but i live and work in the city so i just have to hop a train. i got my 335i from Difeo-- perfect sales experience, but it was new not used. not sure if its the same bunch.

Yeh when my car was in the shop I had to call BMW NA to get the ball rolling and finish my car. Within a week the car was done. Overall the service isn't terrible but there is def room for improvement. And the knowledge of the serive reps is still up for debate. My mother knows more than them about cars.

Life Quality sucks. I was there trying to get a price quote for a BMW. I stood in the showroom for freaking 30 minutes. Then this *ssh*le have the balls to ask "If I need help" not "Are you being help". I walked out after. I will never buy anything from them.

I went to a dealer in NJ for my 335i. i live in the financial district so life quality is about a 15 minute drive versus an hour. did not even cross my mind to bother patronizing them at all

Mark,
Takes sometime. My car was there for like 4 days. If you need your car make sure you get a loaner.

OMG u think the BMW side is bad? The audi side is even worse. It took them 2 weeks to identify and fix a thorn diverter valve on my 2.0t. trust me, in the 2.0t world its as simple as spotting a flat tire.
fuck LQ

Go to the one on remsen. They are great. Service guys are wonderful. Guarnteed same day for all basic things as long as you bring it in morning time. I just hate the whole 1-2weeks scheduling of appointments.
