Owner's Circle - Track Status (Wrong Color)

It has the wrong color listed and my CA told me not to worry. My friend told me his had the wrong color for the first month.

Is this normal?

yup; dealers order their allotment ahead of time to get them in the production process and when they actually sell the car they change the specs to match what you order; it's totally normal, will likely reflect what you ordered in a few days ...

Mine was listed as AW when it first showed up. About 2 weeks before it went into production, everything showed up correctly.......except 6FL anyway. But that has been discussed ad nausem in other posts.

Too bad you didn't read the sticky at the top of this section. There's a wealth of information there if you just take the time and read it.

Owner's Circle lags on info. Call 800.831.1117 and they can tell you what is set up for your production number.

I had a similar experience. I logged into the OC and found a completely different car (color an options) linked with my original production number. I was due for production in week 22. I called the CA and was given a VIN! A call to BMW Customer Service revealed that my car went into production on May 16th!!! My order was placed on the 10th. No delay here...I know I lucked out.
