Fully Loaded, no accidents - I am the 2nd owner.
Reason for sale: Looking to get into a truck for more space.

Modifications: 35% tint all around, painted side markers, black gloss kidney grills, black vinyl'd roof, and changed roundels to white/black. Coding (too many to mention). I can remove all the modifications if the buyer prefers stock.

The bad: scratch on the very bottom of front bumper which was touched up by a body shop. Not noticeable unless you get really close.

Options: Fully loaded. M-Sport Package, Premium, Navigation, Comfort Access, Hi-Fi Audio, Cold Weather, iPod, Sat Radio

I'll be including: hardwired Valentine 1, all original parts (reflective side markers, stock roundels, chrome kidney grills). Stock summer performance run flats (4 Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 ZP's - one needs to be replaced, small bubble) and the current tires which are winter performance (Michelin Alpin). We can even work out a deal and may even throw in my other set of wheels (BBM LM reps - 19's on Hankook's. Set of 4 with a full spare. TPMS included)

A lot of banks and credit unions offering great rates, usually better than BMW takeover rate (I think that's somewhere in 6% range)

How are you the second owner at only 14k miles? I love this car and I need AWD bad, but even so....the only thing that hurts the sale is that you can get a pretty low mileage 08-09 M3 for 40-45 right (maybe less) right now. You should just go and trade it in my man.

The previous owner sold this car at 5800k miles. They upgraded to a 2011 M3. I'll give it until end of February before I trade it in.

Let me try to see if I can get my car sold flat out.....im working on that now. Actually working with somebody who works at a dealer network to locate me something exactly like your car!! lol.....if somebody buys my car flat out, I would def be interested in buying your car. Ive never tried to get a private auto loan, but I have a CHASE one out now and I got crazy low offers so that may be an option.

If that fails, where do you plan on trading the car in? lol let me know
